What is "Steely Knives"? Of course, it's a reference to the line in Hotel California - "they stab it with their steely knives" - where the Eagles give a nod to their friendly competition in the late 70s, Steely Dan. So, the boys in Major Dudes and Motown Eagles, a couple of whom play in both bands, decided to refer to any shows where they play together as Steely Knives. There, now you know. We don't get to team up that often, but Road Rangers in Taylor is providing a perfect opportunity for us to do our thing. Hope you can make it. Show starts at 9. Only $10, at the door.
